Dragon Weaknesses

Dragons may be super strong and fierce creatures but like everything in this world, they too have fears and weaknesses! These are the pages of the different things that you and your dragon should avoid!

Dragon Root is a type of plant that releases a toxin. Any dragons nearby the toxins will become wild and aggresive towrads other dragons nearby. The only dragon that can withstand this toxin is Gronkles. Gronkles are immune to Dragon Root because of their mainly rock diet.

Fermented Dragon Root

Dragon Root is dangerous enough as it is, but Fermented Dragon Root can be even scarier! Used by Dragon Hunters to shoot dragons out of the sky, the dragons loose control of their flying as all of their bodily functions shut down except for the ones nessecary to survive. The effects don't last long, but can be lethal in a dangerous situation!

Blue Oleander

After a heafty trade day with Trader Johann, nobody understood why the dragons were acting so sick! It started with Toothless in the training arena when Toothless couldn't stop sneezing! The sneezing caused some pretty provoked fires. Later other dragons couldn't help coughing and sneezing! It turned out to be Blue Oleander, a bright blue flower that is toxic to dragons!

Eels

Eels are a very feared enemy of the dragon. Nobody really knew why such a tiny, slimy, pretty much helpless sea creature could make a dragon run for its life! Hiccup found out the hard way when Toothless ate an eel to save Hiccup. The eel caused Toothless to lose control of his fire power and to gain confusion and a rampaging state of aggresion.

Dragon Proof Cage

A dragon's claws, teeth & fire can penetrate nearly anything! But there is one type of metal that no dragon can penetrate but one! This contraption is called a Dragon Proof Cage! This cage keeps the dragons in and the riders out, or so the hunters think. The only dragon that can wrench open these cages is a Hotburple! Grump showed this when he saved Gobber from one of these cages!
